Some people bake when they're happy. Some bake when they're stressed. Tara Tayyeb bakes because she simply cannot stop — food has always been the language she speaks most fluently.

Setareh Delights was born from that passion. What started as a love of recreating Middle Eastern sweets at home — perfecting fillings, experimenting with chocolates, dreaming up combinations that no one else had tried — grew into something bigger. Tara realized that the dates she was making weren't just delicious. They were extraordinary. And extraordinary things deserve to be shared.

The name Setareh means starin Persian. It's a name that carries warmth, ambition, and a little bit of magic — which is exactly what we pour into every single date we make.
